Normally that would be FL Studio ASIO or ASIO4ALL unless you have your own 3rd party ASIO compliant audio interface attached, then use the device driver for that. Right click on the Universal ASIO Driver and select “Update Driver Software”. If Asio4all should deliver no sound when it's active then do the following to prevent the windows GS wavetable synth to be always active and blocking asio4all if not wanted: Open the Control panel->Hardware and Sound->Sound->doubleclick on Speakers->Advanced->uncheck exclusive mode.
